How we use data. Managing your account, clearing trades, satisfying regulators, fighting fraud, and securing systems, plus optional product messages carrying easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through the account life plus legal windows (typically five-seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access limits.
