These Terms ( "Terms" ) cover access to the korvifx site, mobile apps, trading the "Services") run by korvifx. Creating an account means accepting the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. Users need to be of legal age and legally competent to sign binding agreements. Where we are unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account data accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. Services. korvifx runs an electronic marketplace for the instruments shown on this website. Nothing here is personal advice; all trading decisions are yours. Shown quotes and data is for information and may lag or err at times.
3. Risk notice. Trading brings material loss risk and fits only accounts who can hold through it. Margin products may take losses beyond the collateral posted. Risk only capital whose loss you you would survive.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit in the fee schedule and form part of this agreement. Charges may move after fair notice.
5. Conduct rules. Market manipulation, exploiting flaws, rights breaches and unlawful use are banned outright. Money laundering and evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability limits. To the maximum the widest degree, korvifx excludes indirect, incidental and consequential damages arising from your use.
7. Changes. These Terms may be updated over time. Post-change use after changes means agreement. Governing law is the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
